Shipping & Returns


We accept online transfer, cheque or PayPal from Australian customers. PayPal only from overseas buyers. 

Returns Policy

If you are in any way unhappy with your Pramskins™ product, we will be happy to exchange / return the product under the following conditions:

  1. The Pramskins™ product must be returned within ten days days of receipt in as new condition, i.e. unused, unwashed, undamaged and returned with the original packaging. 
  2. Please email with the following information: Your Name, Invoice Number, Reason for Return and Request for Replacement, Exchange or Refund.
  3. You will then be advised of the postal address and a return authorization number.

Please note we are unable to refund postage/shipping.

Our return policy does not apply if the product has been used, soiled or damaged. 
We reserve the right to refuse a return if these requirements are not met.


Items returned to us without contacting us first  will be "returned to sender".  The postage cost will not be refunded, only the cost of the product will be refunded. We do not refund any import duty/tax costs.


You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of us receiving the returned item. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).


We ship Australia wide, USA and Canada and most European countries. 

When you place an order, shipping costs will appear in the checkout. We offer the choice of regular or express post Australia wide, an registered airmail for purchases made from overseas.
