We accept online transfer, cheque or PayPal from Australian customers. PayPal only from overseas buyers.
If you are in any way unhappy with your Pramskins™ product, we will be happy to exchange / return the product under the following conditions:
- The Pramskins™ product must be returned within ten days days of receipt in as new condition, i.e. unused, unwashed, undamaged and returned with the original packaging.
- Please email email@example.com with the following information: Your Name, Invoice Number, Reason for Return and Request for Replacement, Exchange or Refund.
- You will then be advised of the postal address and a return authorization number.
Please note we are unable to refund postage/shipping.
Our return policy does not apply if the product has been used, soiled or damaged.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if these requirements are not met.
We ship Australia wide, USA and Canada and most European countries.
When you place an order, shipping costs will appear in the checkout. We offer the choice of regular or express post Australia wide, an registered airmail for purchases made from overseas.
