Return and Exchange Policy

If you are in any way unhappy with your Pramskins™, we will be happy to exchange / return the product under the following conditions:

1. The Pramskins™ product must be returned within ten days days of receipt in as new condition, i.e. unused, undamaged and returned with the original packaging
2. Please email info@pramskins.com.au with the following information: Your Name, Invoice Number, Reason for Return and Request for Replacement, Exchange or Refund.
3. You will then be advised of the postal address and a return authorization number.

Please note we are unable to refund postage/shipping and handling of products. Our return policy does not apply if the product has been used, soiled or damaged.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if these requirements are not met.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to keeping your personal data confidential and secure. We do not provide your personal information to any other company. However, we do use your personal data to process your order.

We use industry standard 128-bit SSL (secure socket layer) to protect all transactions until you confirm the order. This means that information such as credit card details are encrypted so that the shop owner alone can decode them.
